Overview: Longue Vue Club is a private Robert White course high above the Allegheny River in Verona, Pennsylvania. The parkland routing sits on broad Penn Hills ground, with mature trees, elevated views and classic strategic shapes defining the experience.
History: The club was founded in 1920 on roughly 370 acres, and Robert White was commissioned to lay out the course in 1922. A.W. Tillinghast later renovated the course in 1935, creating the layered design history reflected in the current layout.
Did You Know? Longue Vue's property rises about 200 feet above the Allegheny River, giving several holes a strong sense of elevation even though the course reads as a classic parkland design.
