Overview: Liberty National Golf Course is a private 18-hole Bob Cupp and Tom Kite design on Jersey City's Hudson River waterfront. The course uses open views, wind, engineered landforms and skyline sightlines in a setting shaped by its urban waterfront location.
History: The course opened on July 4, 2006. The site at Caven Point had industrial and military uses before it was remediated and transformed into a golf course, and the club has since hosted major professional events.
Did You Know? The design history includes roughly 70 routing studies before the final plan was selected for the constrained waterfront site.
