Overview: Snow Mountain uses a par-72 scorecard for its 18-hole desert journey, where Pete Dye’s rolling terrain and mountain views define the resort setting.
History: Snow Mountain opened in 1995 as the first of the Paiute resort’s three golf courses. The course was built at roughly 2,800 feet above sea level, and the resort later added Sun Mountain and Wolf courses, all associated with Pete Dye.
Did You Know? Local course material notes that putts at Paiute tend to break toward the Las Vegas Strip. It is a memorable way for a remote desert course to maintain a visual connection with the city.
