Overview: Lansbrook Golf Club is an 18-hole Lane Marshall design in Palm Harbor, renovated by Ron Garl in 1991. The official course page lists 6,846 yards from the back tees at par 72, with water hazards on 16 holes, tree-lined fairways and a natural Florida setting. Champion Dwarf Bermudagrass greens and the absence of parallel fairways give the course a distinctive parkland character.
History: Lansbrook opened in 1975 and was originally designed by Lane Marshall. Ron Garl renovated the course in 1991, and the club later joined a group of 12 PGA Tour venues that re-grassed their greens with Champion Dwarf Bermudagrass in 2012. The current operator presents Lansbrook as a daily-fee golf club with public tee times.
Did You Know? Lansbrook's official course page compares the par-three 11th with the sixteenth hole at Augusta National. The same page also notes that the course's water features provide habitat for Florida wildlife, adding an ecological dimension to the design.
