Overview: Kinloch Golf Club occupies rolling ground west of Richmond, Virginia, where Lester George and Vinny Giles created a private parkland course with tree-lined fairways, split lines and large shaped greens. The layout balances a strong visual identity with options from multiple teeing areas.
History: The founders selected Lester George in early 1999, with Vinny Giles serving as design consultant and partner in the course vision. Kinloch opened its championship course and practice facilities on April 14, 2001 with 110 founding members.
Did You Know? Kinloch opened with a practice complex designed as an integral part of the club. The course has hosted the 2011 U.S. Senior Amateur and the 2024 U.S. Mid-Amateur.
