Overview: Located in Joroinen, Finland, Kartano Golf is a highly scenic 18-hole parkland course. Set on the historic, rolling grounds of a massive agricultural estate, the layout features wide fairways bordered by mature birch and pine trees, deep natural ravines, and large, expansive green complexes. The course demands accurate ball placement off the tee to navigate the mature trees and strategic distance control to approach the heavily contoured greens.
History: The club was established in the late 1980s to bring high-quality competitive golf to the Northern Savonia region. The course has expanded over the decades, becoming a prominent host for regional amateur championships and providing a high-quality, accessible venue for the local community.
Did You Know? The word "Kartano" translates to "Manor" in Finnish. The club's spectacular clubhouse is housed within a beautifully restored, historic wooden manor house that dates back to the 19th century, providing a majestic and traditional focal point for the estate.
