Overview: Jupiter Dunes Golf Course is an 18-hole coastal par-three course on Jupiter's natural estuaries. The layout occupies 28 acres and combines compact fairways, undulating greens, thoughtful bunkering and ocean breezes, making precision more important than length. Current course records list 2,228 yards from the back tees, while the official site confirms the par-54 format and active scorecard.
History: Thomas Fazio originally designed Jupiter Dunes, which opened in 1973. Bob Erickson and Thomas Pearson redesigned the course in 2003, retaining the property's short-course purpose while refining its greens, bunkers and hazards. The official club describes the result as a course built to reproduce the decision-making and approach-shot demands found on a regulation layout.
Did You Know? Natural and constructed water hazards come into play on 12 of Jupiter Dunes' 18 holes. On a 28-acre property, that much water creates a compact but varied test where the coastal landscape is part of the architecture.
