Overview: Juliette Falls is a John Sanford course in the rolling countryside outside Dunnellon, west of Ocala. The public layout uses broad fairways, sandy waste areas, water features, and natural changes in ground to create a modern course with more movement than its inland Florida location suggests. From the back tees it measures 7,236 yards and plays to par 72.
History: Juliette Falls opened in 2007 as the golf centerpiece of a family-owned residential and resort project. Sanford's design uses the rolling site and existing landscape to give the course a strong sense of place, and the club has remained open to public play while retaining a private-club atmosphere. Its early recognition in new-course lists helped put Dunnellon on Florida golf maps.
Did You Know? The course name honors Juliette, the owner's daughter. The property also uses waterfall features as a recurring visual signature, giving the name a physical echo in the landscape around the course.
