Jaypee Greens Golf Course, Noida

Overview: Jaypee Greens Golf Course, Noida is the 18-hole championship routing inside the Jaypee Greens Wish Town development on the Noida Expressway. Graham Cooke & Associates designed the course, which the current Jaypee Hotels brochure lists at par 71 and 6,605 yards. The site is landscaped as a golf community, with broad fairways, water features and a substantial bunker programme separating the main course from the distinct nine-hole facility also operated within Wish Town. For visitors, the identity is best understood as an integrated Noida golf destination with a full-length course, practice areas and hotel-style amenities.

History: Wish Town was developed as Jaypee Greens' second major golf-centric township, and the golf project was planned as an 18-hole course plus a separate nine-hole course. Graham Cooke & Associates of Canada were responsible for the design, while construction records describe a staged project rather than a single launch date. The main course has since received further work, including a lengthening and clubhouse renewal reported in 2025. Because the published yardage moved from the brochure's 6,605 yards to a reported 6,589 yards from the refreshed black tees, this profile keeps the brochure figure but flags the change rather than presenting both as one unqualified current total.

Did You Know? The Jaypee Hotels brochure lists 90 bunkers and 10 water bodies on the 18-hole Wish Town course. Those features are distributed across a landscaped golf-community setting, giving the Graham Cooke layout a visible pattern of water and sand between its fairway corridors. The separate nine-hole facility is not folded into the course's par or yardage here, which keeps this directory record tied to the exact 18-hole routing at Sector 128.
