Overview: Innisbrook South is an 18-hole, par-71 Larry Packard course in Palm Harbor, with a current black-tee reference of 6,620 yards. Rolling ground, broad fairways, waste bunkers, water and undulating terrain give the course a links-influenced character within the resort's wooded Florida setting. A Gulf breeze can add another variable to the exposed portions of the routing.
History: South belongs to the original Packard-designed golf development at Innisbrook, which dates to 1970. It has retained a distinct identity among the resort's four courses: less enclosed than the Copperhead and Island layouts, and more openly shaped around rolling ground and links-style features. The current official scorecard preserves the course's par-71, 6,620-yard reference.
Did You Know? South's current scorecard contains five par threes, including a 210-yard black-tee eighteenth. That closing hole helps explain why the course can feel strategic and demanding even though its fairways are more open than those on the resort's tighter layouts.
