Ibis Golf & Country Club (Legend)

Overview: Legend is the original Jack Nicklaus course at Ibis in West Palm Beach, a private 18-hole parkland layout opened in 1991. The current longest-tee listing measures 7,187 yards at par 72. Nicklaus's design uses angled greens, deep bunkers and risk-reward choices, with water and broad South Florida landforms framing the playing lines.

History: The first tee shot at Legend was struck in 1991, establishing the club's original course before Heritage and Tradition completed the three-course Ibis complex. A major renovation in 2017 updated the layout while retaining the course's Nicklaus identity, and the course has hosted the National Senior Club Professional Championship and the LPGA Office Depot Tournament.

Did You Know? Legend's early tournament history includes both the National Senior Club Professional Championship and the LPGA Office Depot Tournament. Those events reflect the course's intended range, from a demanding club-professional test to a venue prepared for elite women's professional competition.
