Hunters Run Golf Course (North)

Overview: Hunters Run North is a private 18-hole parkland course in Boynton Beach and one of the three layouts at Hunters Run Country Club. Published course records put the back-tee length at about 7,008 yards and par 72, while the original design is credited to Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge.

History: The North course was completed in 1979 and underwent a major Sanford Golf Design renovation in 2018. The work enlarged greens, recontoured fairways, rebuilt bunkers and bulkheads, improved drainage and switched the front and back nines to create a new relationship with the clubhouse.

Did You Know? The renovated North course reduced maintained turf by introducing crushed limestone and pine straw in selected areas, a subtle design choice that gives the routing a more textured look while also reducing irrigation and chemical demand.
