Hollybrook Golf & Tennis Club (Par 3)

Overview: Hollybrook's Executive Par 3 is an 18-hole short course running through Phases 3 to 6 of the gated Pembroke Pines community. The scorecard record lists par 54 and 1,599 yards, giving residents a compact layout for short-game practice, relaxed rounds and walking.

History: Construction began in 1973 and the executive course opened in 1974, according to a Florida course-history record that names William Mitchell as designer. The club's current page still presents the Par 3 as a separate eighteen-hole course alongside its championship layout.

Did You Know? Every hole on Hollybrook's executive routing is a par 3, but the individual holes vary enough in length to create a 1,599-yard round rather than a repeated pitch-and-putt loop.
