Overview: Havana Country Club's Hemingway/Kilimanjaro routing is an 18-hole combination from The Villages' 27-hole Havana championship facility. The par 72 parkland layout uses rolling fairways, generous landing areas, undulating greens and protected approaches; the current black-tee combination totals 7,009 yards.
History: Havana opened in 2007 and was designed by the Clifton, Ezell & Clifton Design Group. Its three nines, Kenya, Hemingway and Kilimanjaro, create three separate 18-hole combinations, each with a different balance of elevation, water and approach challenges.
Did You Know? Kilimanjaro's eighth and ninth holes finish with pronounced elevation changes, guarded greens and surrounding water, making that nine a particularly distinctive part of the Hemingway/Kilimanjaro rotation.
