Overview: Opened in 2008, Grimstad Golfklubb is located at Igland in Grimstad, along the southern coast of Norway. The 9-hole parkland course was designed by Scottish architect Graeme Webster. Set in a classic southern Norwegian agricultural landscape, the layout plays through open fields, tree-lined fairways, and across natural water channels. Golfers play two loops with separate teeing grounds on each hole to complete a par-68, 4,912-meter round.
Did You Know? Scottish architect Graeme Webster designed the layout to utilize different tee placements for each half of the round. This design approach creates distinct angles and yardages on the second loop, giving players the variety of a full 18-hole course within a compact 9-hole layout.
