Overview: Gowran Park Golf Course is a unique and spectacular parkland layout built within the grounds of one of Ireland's most famous racecourses. Designed by Jeff Howes and opened in 2001, the course is a premier championship venue that weaves inside and outside the historic horse racing track. Characterized by its massive mature timber, strategic water hazards, and its immaculate USGA-style greens, Gowran Park offers a grand and atmospheric round of golf in the heart of County Kilkenny.
Did You Know? The course is one of the few in the world to be situated directly inside a live racing circuit, and five of its holes play in the shadow of the grandstands. On race days, the course takes on a truly unique energy, and the club has maintained a reputation for having some of the most consistent and challenging parkland fairways in Leinster since its modernization.
