Overview: Golf Graha Famili & Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course in West Surabaya's Graha Famili complex. The current operator confirms the course and address and credits Arnold Palmer with the original design. Its playing character is described through flat levels, lakes, rivers, bunkers and hills, giving an urban residential setting a varied sequence of hazards and landforms. Earlier developer reporting records a 6,210-metre expansion, while later published scorecards list shorter totals, so no single yardage is treated as current.
History: Company and course references date the Arnold Palmer design to 1995 and identify Graha Famili as an 18-hole course integrated with the residential development. In 2013, the owner described an expansion from 5,918 to 6,210 metres, intended to extend the course for open-tournament play. Because later course records differ on the present measurement, that expansion is retained as historical context rather than converted into an unsupported current yardage claim.
Did You Know? Graha Famili's hazard palette includes both moving and still water: the operator specifically mentions rivers and lakes alongside bunkers and hills. That combination gives the course a changing visual rhythm inside a built-up part of Surabaya. The design does not rely on one dominant natural feature; instead, it alternates flatter corridors with shaped ground and water hazards, making line choice and position important throughout the round.
