Overview: The Azur and Alizés combination at Golf International du Cap d’Agde is a parkland course located on the Mediterranean coast. The layout features flat terrain, sand bunkers, and water hazards.
History: Designed by Ronald Fream and opened in 1989, the course was built to offer a modern resort test. The layout has been updated to expand the facility to 27 holes.
Did You Know? The course is situated near a volcanic plug, and some of the hazards feature dark volcanic sand and rock. The layout is exposed to the local tramontane wind, which affects club selection.
