Overview: The Quarry Golf Club is an 18-hole Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry design in Naples, built across a former limestone quarry. Stone Lake, preserved natural areas, exposed quarry features and water that comes into play on many holes give the course a setting unlike a conventional Florida parkland layout.
History: Hurdzan and Fry designed the course in 2007 on land previously used for limestone extraction. The club later hosted the ACE Group Classic in 2010 and 2011, when Fred Couples and Bernhard Langer won the Champions Tour event.
Did You Know? A drag-line crane remains above the fifth hole as a physical reminder of the quarry machinery that helped create the lake and the course's distinctive elevation changes.
