Glades Country Club (Palmetto)

Overview: In Naples, Glades Country Club’s Palmetto Course provides an executive 18-hole round at par 55 and about 2,121 gold-tee yards. Lakes, native foliage, and a compact routing give the course a distinctly different role from the longer Pines Course.

History: Palmetto was the course originally planned for the Glades community, which began selling its first units in 1971. Published course information identifies B. Dudley Gray as the architect and gives 1975 as the opening year.

Did You Know? Palmetto’s par 55 comes from its executive configuration, not a reduced hole count; the course still provides a complete 18-hole round inside the Glades community.
