Overview: Foxfire’s Blue/Red routing combines two of the private Naples club’s three nines. The current scorecard lists 6,284 yards from the longest tee, while the Arthur Hills routing uses water, bunkers, sloping greens, and Bermuda fairways to create a par-72 round.
History: Foxfire’s original course opened in January 1985 after Arthur Hills was commissioned to design the layout. An additional nine holes were added in January 1995, creating the Blue, Red, and Silver rotation now used for Blue/Red, Red/Silver, and Silver/Blue play.
Did You Know? The Blue/Red pairing is not a permanent standalone 18 in the architectural plan; it is one of three prescribed combinations formed from the club’s three nine-hole courses.
