Overview: The Red Course at Forest Dunes' Loop is a Tom Doak reversible links layout in Roscommon, Michigan. Played counterclockwise, the 6,788-yard routing uses firm turf, native grasses, and changing angles to make ground contours and putting surfaces central to the experience.

History: The Loop opened in 2016 after Forest Dunes gave Doak the opportunity to realize a reversible-course concept he had considered for decades. The Red and Black routings share the same land but use different directions, creating two related yet distinct courses.

Did You Know? The Loop has two named 18-hole routings, Red and Black, that travel over the same ground in opposite directions.
