Overview: Located in the rolling Ardennes region of Durbuy, Belgium, Five Nations Golf Club is a spectacular 18-hole parkland course designed by Gary Player. Routed through a steep, heavily forested valley, the layout features dramatic elevation changes of up to 40 meters, tight tree-lined fairways, and small, well-defended green complexes. The course is a severe physical and strategic test, requiring players to hit precise tee shots over deep ravines and navigate steep, side-hill lies.
History: Opened in 1990, the course was built to establish a world-class competitive destination in the Belgian Ardennes. Player utilized the dramatic, mountainous topography to craft a visually intimidating layout that rewards accuracy and punishes errant shots. The course has hosted numerous national amateur championships and regional professional events.
Did You Know? The club's spectacular clubhouse is housed within the beautifully restored 18th-century Ferme du Grand-Scley. This massive stone farm castle features classic slate roofs and cobblestone courtyards, providing a highly historic and atmospheric backdrop for the round.
