Overview: The Brae is an 18-hole resort layout rated at par 72, set on Tennessee’s Cumberland Plateau. Gary Roger Baird used hardwoods, rolling fairways, water, and elevation to shape the mountain setting.
History: The Fairfield Glade golf complex dates to the late 1980s, and course records place the Heatherhurst facility opening in 1989. Bobby Greenwood is also credited in course records, while the official course page attributes the design to Gary Roger Baird.
Did You Know? The fourth hole is a double dogleg par five with two forced carries over Otter Creek. The tenth then runs downhill toward Lake Dartmoor, giving the two nines contrasting water settings.
