Overview: Osprey/Egret creates an 18-hole Evans Prairie round from two of the 27-hole facility’s published nines. The black-tee totals are 3,439 and 3,466 yards, giving a combined 6,905-yard par-72 routing.
History: Evans Prairie was unveiled in 2012 as a three-nine championship facility in The Villages. The design team of Clifton, Ezell & Clifton shaped the routing around the namesake prairie, lakes, and target-golf challenges.
Did You Know? The Egret nine is the shortest of the three from the black tees, while Osprey adds more length before the route returns to the prairie-side character.
