Overview: Haus Oefte is a mature parkland course in the historic grounds of Schloss Oefte near Essen. Tree-lined fairways, the estate landscape and the natural movement of the land give the round a classic German parkland character, with the approach shots often asking the player to use angles rather than simply chase distance.
Did You Know? Bernhard von Limburger first created a nine-hole course after founded in 1959, and the layout expanded to 18 holes in 1976. The club’s history therefore separates the original course from the present routing.
