Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch

Overview: Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch is an 18-hole private community course designed by Chris Wilczynski. The official descriptions place the layout among lakes, mature oaks, and pines, with the longest tees listed only as more than 7,000 yards rather than as a single verified current total.

History: The course opened on May 15, 2020. It was developed as part of the Azario Lakewood Ranch community, and the course design used site earthwork to create lakes and raised residential pads within the broader property.

Did You Know? The course's lakes were not just existing natural features around which the routing was placed. Project material explains that earth moved for the lakes and building pads helped shape the finished site and its playing corridors.
