Overview: Located near Ringsjön in Skåne, Sweden, Elisefarm Golfklubb is an 18-hole parkland course designed by British architect Martin Hawtree. Winding through a gently rolling landscape, the layout features wide fairways framed by tall fescue grasses, deep sod-walled bunkers, and large green complexes. Wylihof-like, the course demands strategic positioning off the tee and accurate approach shots to navigate the undulating terrain.
History: Opened in 2005, Elisefarm was built on the grounds of a historic former farm estate. Hawtree carefully routed the 18 holes to preserve the natural farmland contours. The course has established a reputation for its excellent turf conditions and has hosted several major Scandinavian championships.
Did You Know? The club's spectacular clubhouse and hotel are housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century farm manor. This historic building features traditional Scanian architecture, providing a charming and rustic countryside experience.
