Overview: Mulu Course at Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club is the 18-hole routing formed by the Adong and Liku nines in Miri, Sarawak. The current course page lists 6,990 metres, approximately 7,644 yards, and par 72, with Seashore Paspalum fairways and TifTuf Bermuda greens. Adong uses undulating fairways and strategically placed hazards, while Liku is described as more open, with wide fairways and water features. Together they give the resort's Mulu label a clear contrast of challenge and space.
History: Eastwood Valley's current golf page dates the opening of the course to 2005 and identifies the resort as a 36-hole facility made up of Niah and Mulu. The present Mulu routing is therefore a paired-nine course within a larger destination, not a standalone 18-hole club. Current operator material does not verify a separate architect or a later routing-opening date, so those details are not added. The resort and hotel remain in operation according to the current club website.
Did You Know? The two nines are deliberately presented as different playing experiences. Eastwood's own description says Adong is the more demanding side, with rolling ground and strategic hazards, while Liku relaxes the visual rhythm with broader fairways and scenic water. The pairing also explains why the directory's Mulu identity should be kept separate from Eastwood's Niah course: both share one resort, but they are not interchangeable routings.
