Overview: Eagles Glenn is a Graham Cooke 18-hole course in the Cavendish area of Prince Edward Island, spread across more than 300 acres of open countryside and shaped for changing views from tee to green. The par-72 layout measures 6,785 yards from the longest tees. Cooke's characteristic mounding gives the fairways definition without making the course feel hemmed in, while the scale of the property creates a round that is scenic, spacious and more demanding when the correct side of the hole is missed.
History: Eagles Glenn opened in 2000 and quickly became part of PEI's North Shore golf circuit. Its early championship profile included the 2007 RCGA Canadian Senior Matchplay Championship and Atlantic Future Links events in 2009 and 2012. The course has also moved into a new phase through Mill River Resort's purchase of the property, linking two established island golf destinations under one operating group.
Did You Know? The course was designed with walking in mind, and that intention helps explain the way the holes are connected across the large property. The strongest visual rhythm comes from the contrast between sculpted fairway landforms and the broad, quiet countryside beyond them.
