Overview: Eagle Trace Golf Club is a public daily-fee 18-hole course in Coral Springs, designed by Arthur Hills. At par 72, the layout extends about 7,040 yards and uses oak and cypress framing, lakes, bulkhead-protected greens, and an island green.
History: The course opened in 1983 as TPC Eagle Trace and hosted the Honda Classic from 1984 through 1991, returning for the event in 1996. The TPC branding later ended, but the tournament history remains central to the course’s identity.
Did You Know? Eagle Trace has no palm trees on the property, an unusual feature for a South Florida course. Its island green and three wooden-bulkhead greens provide a more distinctive visual signature instead.
