Overview: Dungarvan Golf Club is an established and scenic parkland layout set against the dramatic backdrop of the Comeragh Mountains. While the club dates back to 1924, it relocated to its current, expansive site in 1993, with a course designed by Maurice Fives. Known for its wide, manicured fairways and diverse birdlife, the layout offers a pleasant and varied challenge that utilizes the natural slopes of the Waterford landscape to create a memorable and playable championship round.
Did You Know? The course is part of a unique "triple-header" of high-quality courses in the Dungarvan area, often used for joint regional tournaments. It is noted for its spectacular water features on the 9th and 18th holes, which provide a dramatic and aesthetically pleasing finish to both nines in the shadows of the nearby mountains.
