Overview: Dun Laoghaire Golf Club is a world-class 27-hole golfing facility located at the foot of the Sugarloaf Mountain in Ballyman. Originally a historic coastal club, it relocated to this massive new facility in 2007, featuring three distinct nine-hole loops designed by Martin Hawtree. The layout is a premier example of modern championship parkland architecture, characterized by its wide fairways, technical bunkering, and massive greens, all set within a dramatic mountain landscape that offers some of the best golfing views in the Dublin/Wicklow region.
Did You Know? The club's three nines—the Lower, Middle, and Upper loops—can be combined to create three different 18-hole championship courses, each offering a unique character and degree of difficulty. This modular design makes the club one of the most versatile and highly-regarded tournament venues in Ireland, capable of hosting major amateur and professional events on a grand scale.
