Overview: The Gary Player Signature Course at DLF Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole layout in Gurgaon, Haryana. It measures 7,654 yards from the Gold tees and uses two large lakes, broad landforms, expansive undulating greens and distinctive bunkering to create a strategic test. The course is designed to change character with the tee set, rewarding placement and decision-making rather than one fixed way of playing each hole.
History: The Gary Player course opened in 2015 as the newer of DLF's two signature layouts, alongside the Arnold Palmer nine-hole course inaugurated in 1999. DLF's official history records the Gary Player course as a venue for three editions of the Indian Open and five editions of the Women's Indian Open, giving the course an immediate tournament role in Indian golf.
Did You Know? DLF's official course description calls the Gary Player layout the only Gary Player Signature 18-hole course in India. The same page notes that its two large lakes and changing landforms can make the course play quite differently from one set of tees to another.
