History: Donald Ross designed the North and South Courses for Detroit Golf Club, and both were completed in 1916. The club's current restoration work is intended to preserve the relationship between Ross's fairways, bunkers and greens.
Did You Know? The North Course is about 870 yards longer than the South Course, according to PGA TOUR course information. The two courses therefore offer different pars and lengths while sharing the same Ross authorship.
