Desert Princess Country Club (Los Lagos/La Vista)

Overview: The Los Lagos/La Vista routing at Desert Princess Country Club pairs two nines from the Cathedral City club’s 27-hole facility. It is a par-72 combination of about 6,369 yards, with desert planting, water and the surrounding San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain country giving the round its Coachella Valley setting.

History: Desert Princess is built around three named nines, Los Lagos, Vista and Cielo. Because the club publishes several 18-hole combinations, the routing name is part of the course identity. Los Lagos/La Vista is distinct from Los Lagos/Cielo and from Vista/Cielo, even though all three share the same clubhouse and desert property.

Did You Know? The course name reads like a scorecard instruction because it is one: Los Lagos/La Vista identifies the two nines used for this particular round. That structure lets the club offer different 18-hole experiences without pretending the property is a single unchanging layout.
