Desert Princess Country Club (La Vista/ El Cielo)

Overview: Desert Princess Country Club's La Vista/El Cielo entry uses La Vista and El Cielo to form an 18-hole scorecard within the Cathedral City facility. The published scorecard gives the combination a par of 72 and 6,815 yards from the gold tees, with the alternate blue figure listed at 6,364. The routing belongs to the Coachella Valley's desert golf landscape, where water, palms and mountain views frame the playing corridors.

History: Course directories date the 27-hole Desert Princess facility to 1985. The retained current scorecard confirms the La Vista and El Cielo nines and their combined specifications, but does not provide a reliable architect credit for this exact combination. That field stays blank rather than importing a designer attached only to a different course or renovation.

Did You Know? The club's three-nine format means that La Vista/El Cielo is one of several possible 18-hole identities at Desert Princess. The route name is therefore meaningful: it tells readers which two nines create the round, not simply that the property has 27 holes.
