Cove Cay Golf Club

Overview: Cove Cay Golf Club is a semi-public Clearwater course set beside the waterways and wildlife of Tampa Bay’s western shore. The available course material emphasizes scenery, wetlands, and ongoing improvements, but does not publish a consistent architect, opening year, par, or current championship yardage.

History: Cove Cay has operated as a local Clearwater golf facility within the Cove Cay community. Because the public information is stronger on the setting and current identity than on the original construction record, the profile leaves the historical date blank rather than borrowing a number from an unrelated course.

Did You Know? The course’s character is closely tied to its natural setting near the bay. Wildlife views are a central part of the club’s own description, not an assumption based only on the name.
