Overview: Pine/Bayhead is the reverse-order companion to the Bayhead/Pine combination at Countryside Country Club in Clearwater. The private club’s 27 holes are arranged as three named nines, so this profile preserves the directory’s route order rather than collapsing all combinations into one generic entry.
History: Available course records place the full Countryside facility in 1977 and credit Larry Packard, with later work associated with Gary Player. No separate construction date is claimed for the Pine/Bayhead routing.
Did You Know? The order of the nines matters in the directory because Countryside’s combinations are recorded as played routes. Pine/Bayhead is therefore kept distinct from Lake/Pine and Bayhead/Lake.
