Overview: Bayhead/Lake is one of the 9-hole combinations at Clearwater’s Countryside Country Club. The facility is a private 27-hole complex, with the route pairing two named loops into an 18-hole round inside a mature Florida community setting.
History: SkyGolf dates the facility to 1977 and credits Larry Packard with the original work, while the club identifies Gary Player with later course development. The documented history belongs to the full 27-hole complex rather than to one isolated route.
Did You Know? Countryside can create three different 18-hole combinations from Bayhead, Lake, and Pine. The Bayhead/Lake label therefore describes a specific daily routing, not a separate standalone club.
