Overview: Designed by Donald Ross, the Country Club of Buffalo in Williamsville is a private parkland course. Winding through mature hardwoods, the course is defined by its strategic bunkers, gentle contours, and unique holes built in and around an abandoned limestone quarry.
History: Relocated to its present site in 1926, the club commissioned Donald Ross to design the layout. Ross utilized the natural limestone escarpment to create a series of visually striking quarry holes.
Did You Know? The par-three 6th hole plays directly into the floor of the old quarry, with steep rock walls forming a natural amphitheater around the green.
