Overview: Situated within an ancient forest estate, Coollattin is a spectacular and atmospheric parkland course famous for its massive stands of mature timber. Established in its current 18-hole configuration in the 1990s and refined by Peter McEvoy, the layout is celebrated for its lush fairways and its exceptionally technical green complexes. Characterized by its secluded forest environment and its unhurried, grand estate character, Coollattin offers a traditional round of strategic golf in a Visually stunning setting.
Did You Know? The course is situated on the historic Fitzwilliam estate and features one of the most diverse collections of ancient oak, beech, and redwood trees in Irish golf. Often described as a "hidden gem," the club has maintained a reputation for having some of the most consistent and well-manicured surfaces in the region, preserving the peaceful and authentically traditional atmosphere of its deep historical roots.
