Cane Garden Country Club at the Villages (Jacaranda/Alamanda)

Overview: Jacaranda/Alamanda is Cane Garden’s third published 18-hole combination, pairing two nines from the 27-hole course in The Villages. The par-72 routing is framed by oak hammocks and the surrounding eagle preserve, with multiple tee positions allowing the course to scale to different players.

History: Cane Garden was developed as a 27-hole championship facility, and The Villages’ official course material credits Clifton, Ezell and Clifton with the design. The available sources describe the current three-nine layout but do not give a separate opening year for Jacaranda or Alamanda.

Did You Know? Cane Garden’s teeing positions span roughly 4,980 to 7,000 yards across the facility. Jacaranda/Alamanda is consequently more than a fixed scorecard pairing; the selected markers materially change the shape of a round.
