Overview: Canada's first true links course, situated in Inverness on Cape Breton Island. The course connects the town to the ocean, playing fast and firm over rolling sandy terrain along the beach.
History: Designed by Rod Whitman and opened in 2011, the course was built on the site of a defunct coal mine. Whitman spent years shaping the land, creating a classic, playable links that revitalized the local economy.
Did You Know? The course layout is deeply integrated with the town of Inverness, with several holes playing directly along the public seaside boardwalk and offering views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
