Overview: Cabot Bordeaux Les Vignes is a heathland course located in the Médoc wine region. The layout features sandy soil, narrow fairways bordered by pine trees, and undulating greens.
History: Designed by Rod Whitman and opened in 1991, the course was built to complement the Châteaux course at Golf du Médoc. The layout was renovated to modernize the bunkers and green complexes.
Did You Know? The course is built on a sandy plain that provides excellent natural drainage, supporting fast-running conditions. The fairways play through pine forests, offering a sheltered contrast to the windswept Châteaux layout.
