Borregaard Golfklubb

The course plays 3001 yards from the Yellow tees with a par of 36, where water comes into play on several holes situated right by the lake. The 6th hole stands out, with its tee placed on the highest point of the course and a green positioned down below next to the water. This compact routing packs variety and scenic drama into every hole, making each turn feel distinct along the riverfront.

History: Founded on June 17, 1927, Borregaard Golfklubb is one of the oldest clubs in Norway, second only to Oslo Golfklubb. The club has fostered several talented players who became NM winners and participated on the European Tour through its history spanning over 100 years. This deep heritage has made the club an important part of the local community in Sarpsborg. The club developed a strong focus on community and club atmosphere over the decades.
