Overview: Boca Rio Golf Club is a private Robert von Hagge design in Boca Raton, set across 200 acres of native Florida wilderness without residential development. The par-72 course measures about 7,100 yards and combines rolling fairways, bright bunkers, undulating greens and dense native vegetation.
History: The course opened in 1967 after seven golfers founded the club around a golf-first vision. Ron Forse and Jim Nagle later led renovation work on greens, tees and bunkers, preparing the layout to host the Gainbridge LPGA event in 2020 and 2022.
Did You Know? The par-3 17th is surrounded by water on three sides, creating one of the course’s clearest strategic and visual focal points.
