Big Easy Ranch (Covey)

Overview: The Covey at Big Easy Ranch is an eighteen-hole Chet Williams design in Columbus, Texas. The course uses ponds, streams, native trees and the broad Southeast Texas landscape to create a par-72 routing that balances open corridors with enclosed target holes.

History: The Covey opened in March 2023 after Big Easy Ranch selected Chet Williams to design the championship course. Williams also designed the property's nine-hole par-three course, The Antler.

Did You Know? The Covey was named the best new golf course in Texas in its first year of operation in a Dallas Morning News statewide survey. The adjacent Antler is a separate par-three routing by the same designer.
