Overview: The Calusa/Tequesta routing at Belle Glade Country Club combines two of the three nine-hole loops at The Villages’ Belle Glade Championship Course. Together they make a par-72 round across 18 holes through old-Florida vegetation, preserve edges, water hazards, and multiple tee choices.
History: Belle Glade officially opened in November 2014, with the Tequesta and Calusa nines forming the initial 18-hole combination before the Seminole loop was added to complete the 27-hole facility. The routing names reflect the course’s three-loop design rather than three separate clubs.
Did You Know? Calusa and Tequesta have contrasting signatures: Calusa moves beside a nature-preserve setting, while Tequesta begins with a par-five that plays around water and includes the island green highlighted by The Villages.
