Overview: Beaufort Golf Club is a spectacular championship parkland course set in the shadows of the magnificent MacGillycuddy's Reeks. Designed by Dr. Arthur Spring and opened in 1995, the layout is carve out of a spectacular 200-acre historic estate characterized by its massive mature timber and diverse topography. Characterized by its wide fairways and its spectacular panoramic mountain views, Beaufort offers a peaceful and authentically rural round of strategic golf in a Visually stunning setting.
Did You Know? The course is situated on land with deep historical roots and features the ruins of a 15th-century castle on the fairways. Its design was intended to provide a "Tour-pro" level difficulty in a serene resort setting, and the club has remained a favorite destination for international tourists and elite amateur golfers seeking a pure and unyielding parkland challenge among the ancient timber of the Kerry landscape.
